Community Development Coordinator

Information: The Community Development Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the County’s economic development division, housing programs, commercial zoning inquiries and redevelopment consistent with Sherburne County, its Economic Development Authority (EDA) and its Housing and Redevelopment Authority’s (HRA) goals and policies through implementation, planning, marketing, and research to strengthen and broaden industrial, commercial, retail, and housing sectors. Implementation includes aiding business recruitment, retention and expansion, supporting redevelopment, promoting new housing investment, assisting with land use and zoning reviews and administering programs. The Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining information resources and databases and preparing reports and analysis.
