Information: MCIS, pronounced “em-sis”, is a joint powers organization serving 16 Minnesota counties. MCIS develops and supports Property Tax, CAMA, and Payroll/HR software, provides IBM-i hosting and operational support, and assists counties with Recorders’ document management systems. MCIS is seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director to lead the organization’s operations, staff, and technology initiatives. The Executive Director provides leadership and direction in all areas of software development, hosting, financial management, personnel, and long-term planning. This position serves as a trusted advisor to the MCIS Board and to member counties on information technology, software development, and operational matters.
