Watercraft Inspector Level 2 Decontamination - Seasonal

Inform and educate the public on the threats of ecologically harmful AIS to the lakes and rivers in Chisago County. Provide citizens with training and education on how to prevent AIS transport. The Watercraft Inspector Level 2 Decontamination is expected to work weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays), evenings and some holidays between Minnesota Fishing Opener and the third week of October. Inspector will be responsible for work schedule upon supervisor approval. Personal transportation is required. Scheduling can be flexible to work around adverse weather conditions.

Public Works Seasonal Traffic Operations

Other duties involved are transporting inmates, juveniles, and mentally ill; performing all intake procedures for incoming prisoners; supervising the daily housing area and periodically must subdue prisoners.
