Information: Position Summary: Accredited Minnesota Assessor including income courses required to list, value and classify property for ad valorem tax purposes, utilizing a CAMA program. Responsible for direction and training of other office staff. Field appraisal work,including quintile and new construction. Analyze market trends. Must provide reliable transportation. Assist in the county assessment program. Serve as County Assessor in their absence.
