Vendor Registration

We are thrilled to invite you to join us on our 2026 conference journey! Mark your calendars for May 18-21, 2026, as we gather at Madden's Resort in Brainerd, Minnesota. This is your chance to connect with and present to Minnesota county, city, and agency staff, including department heads and professionals from the offices of Auditors, Treasurers, Assessors, County Attorneys, IT, Human Services, Human Resources, and more. Regular Registration Deadline: Friday, March 20, 2026 - Any registrations received after the deadline may not be included in the attendee packets.

Attendee Registration

It’s time — registration for the conference is now open! The cost to attend is a flat fee of $150 per person, regardless of days attended. Don’t miss your chance to connect, learn, and grow! To register, please login or create an RSVP profile at mnccc.gov/rsvp, and select any date of the conference May 18-21, and you will automatically be registered for all four days!

Lodging & Meals

If you would like to make lodging arrangements at Madden's, please call 1-800-642-5363 to speak with their reservations team.

If you are not lodging at Madden’s and only need meals, please use this form to register for meals only.

Conference Activities

Thanks to Stable Gallery, we have two fun crafting activities scheduled for Wednesday evening (5/20) after sessions wrap for the day. If you’d like to register for one or both courses, please take a moment to sign up using this form: https://mncccconnects.wufoo.com/forms/rthhr2y00uapfl/ Be sure to include your name, email, craft of choice, and payment option.

We will allow limited registration on-site, but classes are limited to 20 people, so we recommend registered as early as you can!

Activities ($35 each)

5:00-6:30 pm: Bracelet Making
6:30-8:00 pm: Coffee Mug or Wine Glass Painting (you'll select which you want to paint in the form)
