Vendor Registration

We are thrilled to invite you to join us on our 2026 conference journey! Mark your calendars for May 18-21, 2026, as we gather at Madden's Resort in Brainerd, Minnesota. This is your chance to connect with and present to Minnesota county, city, and agency staff, including department heads and professionals from the offices of Auditors, Treasurers, Assessors, County Attorneys, IT, Human Services, Human Resources, Public Health, and more. Vendor Show Information

Vendor Show Setup: Monday, May 18, 1:00-4:00 pm

Vendor Show:

  • Monday, May 18, 4:30-6:30 pm
  • Tuesday, May 19, 8:00 am-3:45 pm

Regular Registration Deadline: Friday, April 24, 2026 - Any registrations received after the deadline may not be included in the attendee packets.

Shipping and Contact Information for Vendors

Please use the following guidelines so we may provide you with the timely receipt of your conference materials. You may contact your Event Manager for additional instructions or information.

  • Include on the label: Your name, the name of the conference you will be attending, and the conference dates.
  • Use any shipping agent/common carrier of your choice. Conference materials should arrive no earlier than one week prior to your conference.
  • All shipments must be prepaid.
  • Deliveries are accepted Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Saturday deliveries will be accepted with prior notification.

OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS

For prompt return of all conference materials, we request the following:

  1. You must provide a shipping label
  2. Obtain a SHIPPING CONTACT INFORMATION form from your Event Manager. Complete the form in its entirety
  3. Pack, seal and label all materials and attach the SHIPPING CONTACT INFORMATION form
  4. Notify your Event Manager when all materials are ready for shipping and if you have made the pickup arrangements.

UNCLAIMED MATERIALS

Conference materials left in meeting rooms after departure will be held for a period of one week before being disposed of.

Please Note:

Madden’s on Gull Lake is not responsible for any delay in receipt or delivery of conference materials nor any special handling fees assessed by a carrier due to inadequate or improper handling. Packages bearing insufficient information to identify the conference or use date once received will be held in our warehouse for a period not to exceed 15 days and will be returned to originating shipper ‘freight collect’.

Madden’s on Gull Lake assumes no liability for the condition in which a package is received.

Attendee Registration

It’s time — registration for the conference is now open! The cost to attend is a flat fee of $150 per person, regardless of days attended. Don’t miss your chance to connect, learn, and grow! To register, please login or create an RSVP profile at mnccc.gov/rsvp, and select any date of the conference May 18-21, and you will automatically be registered for all four days!

Lodging & Meals

If you would like to make lodging arrangements at Madden's, please call 1-800-642-5363 to speak with their reservations team. 

If you are not lodging at Madden’s and only need meals, please use this form to register for meals only.

Conference Activities

Thanks to Stable Gallery, we have two fun crafting activities scheduled for Wednesday evening (5/20) after sessions wrap for the day. If you’d like to register for one or both courses, please take a moment to sign up using this form: https://mncccconnects.wufoo.com/forms/rthhr2y00uapfl/ Be sure to include your name, email, craft of choice, and payment option.

We will allow limited registration on-site, but classes are limited to 20 people, so we recommend registered as early as you can!

Activities ($35 each)

  • 5:00-6:30 pm: Bracelet Making
  • 6:30-8:00 pm: Coffee Mug or Wine Glass Painting (you'll select which you want to paint in the form)
