Our 2023 Celebrating Women in Government brought together 60+ women from across the state to be empowered, encouraged, and challenged by our speakers and other attendees. Because this event was well-received and highly requested to come back, we’re hosting it again on Friday, March 8, 2024, at the MCIT building in St. Paul, and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever.

We’d like to thank those organizations who are graciously supporting our event – Clifton Larson Allen (CLA), Google Cloud, RTVision, Strategic Technologies Inc., TriMin, Tyler Technologies, and UKG. We could not offer an event this scale without your support. If your organization would like to support this event, please use this link to submit sponsorship for Celebrating Women in Government.

Learn More About Our Speakers

Nancy Lyons, CEO & Co-Founder of Clockwork

Nancy is CEO and co-founder of Clockwork, and is an international speaker who understands that humans are the hardest part of work. She’s not afraid to say that things are never going back to the way they were, and she believes that’s actually great. Because the secret to good energy at work isn’t in a room. It’s in our minds and behaviors. Everything companies–and people–want from their work cultures hinges on humans showing up with mindsets that aren’t like the old ways. She’ll (metaphorically) kick you in the pants to get you un-stuck from old, cozy habits and to use your personal power to be the change you want in your workplace. More than anything, she challenges people to unleash their potential and harness the human side of business–by showing up different. She is the author of the Amazon bestseller Work Like a Boss: A kick-in-the-pants Guide to Finding (and Using) your Power at Work 2020 and a selection of past award titles include Most Admired CEO, 100 People to Know, and Business Owner of the Year.
