Join Us for a Self-Care September Web Series!

September is Self-Care Awareness Month

How is it September already?! This season has brought us a "new normal" and this fast-paced shift might have caused you to put your self-care on the back burner. So that's where MnCCC is stepping in! Self-care is important for your overall mental, emotional, and physical health, so we'd like to create an opportunity to hold you accountable for taking time for yourself and your health. This September, MnCCC is hosting a web-series focused on self-care, because after all, it's important to take time for yourself too! Here is our web-series lineup, RSVP to register! You can login or create a profile to RSVP here: http://calendar.mnccc.org/
