Join Us for a Self-Care September Web Series!

September is Self-Care Awareness Month

How is it September already?! This season has brought us a "new normal" and this fast-paced shift might have caused you to put your self-care on the back burner. So that's where MnCCC is stepping in! Self-care is important for your overall mental, emotional, and physical health, so we'd like to create an opportunity to hold you accountable for taking time for yourself and your health. This September, MnCCC is hosting a web-series focused on self-care, because after all, it's important to take time for yourself too! Here is our web-series lineup, RSVP to register! You can login or create a profile to RSVP here:

Topics to be expanded.

Body & Mind System Wellness Discussion

Then dialing into what kinds of activities away from the working environment would be good for self-care and personal health. This will include more dynamic movements and stretches to help unload from the desk time itself, the value of short walks (even around the block), intermediate meditation, what daily rituals have to do with mental cohesion, and likely into subtle energy that can help with restful sleep as well as clarity of focus.
