National Go Fishing Day

June 18 is National Go Fishing Day! The day is meant to be a reminder to slow down, enjoy a leisurely activity, and celebrate nature. In honor of Go Fishing Day, we are highlighting our newest employee, Jonathan Simon. Read on to learn more!

Jonathan became MnCCC’s Finance Manager in January of 2026 and has become a valuable asset to our team. Something you may not know about Jonathan is that he loves to fish. He’s always on the lookout for the next muskie he can reel in. He's even part of a weekly muskie league, and catching a muskie over 50 inches is on his bucket list!
