Have you registered for MnCCC's 2021 Annual Conference? This year's theme is Bee Buzzworthy and we are so excited to see you in the hive!

Conference Platforms

This year we've chosen to use 2 platforms to maximize engagement in our virtual conference. We've got Howspace for our virtual vendor show and the Attendee Hub for participants to engage with each other and get all the session information!

Howspace

What is Howspace?

Howspace is the platform we've chosen to host our virtual vendor show. It's a great way for our members to be active participants in a virtual space!

How do I gain access?

In the days before the conference, you will receive an email invitation with instructions to log in to Howspace. You'll be able to create a profile to let vendors and other members know who you are!

What's the difference between Howspace and Crowd Compass?

Howspace will be used solely for the virtual vendor show. You'll be able to access vendor's pages and interact with them however you'd like! The Crowd Compass app is our main conference hub where you'll be able to access session descriptions, links, and the social wall, along with chances to win prizes and stay connected with other participants. Both platforms are going to be assets in making this the most interactive virtual event possible!

What do I do with Howspace?

Once you've gained access to Howspace, you can browse about the pages and visit as many vendors as you'd like. You can chat with vendors (either with the chat option or a live video option), watch videos, view files, and even book a one-on-one conference!

Can I win prizes with Howspace?

We all know it wouldn't be an MnCCC conference without the opportunity to win prizes! Each vendor will have a special scavenger hunt code hidden on their page. Once you've found the code, visit this link and enter it: https://bit.ly/3uUscrp The player or players with the most codes will win a special prize.

Crowd Compass App

What is the Crowd Compass App?

Crowd Compass (by CVENT) is our conference app. This is where you'll be able to build your own conference schedule with the sessions we're offering and interact with other attendees. This is truly our conference's main hub to connect!

How do I gain access?

In the days before the conference, you will receive an email invitation with instructions to log in to Crowd Compass and download the app. You'll be able to create a profile to let other members know who you are!

What do I need to access the app?

Our app is both mobile- and browser-friendly! This means you can access it using the Crowd Compass app (which we recommend) or you can view it in a browser on your desktop! No matter how you access it, we know it'll be a great experience!

Get social!

If you post on social media using the hashtag #MnCCCConnects, your post will automatically be linked to our social wall where all attendees can see it! You can use this hashtag before the event to get the buzz out, or you can post during the event to share how you're making your experience truly buzzworthy!
