What is your current role at Mower County?

I am the Human Resources Generalist.

Where did you grow up? What was your first job?

I grew up in Glenville, MN. My first unpaid job was picking rocks in my grandpa's corn/bean fields (highly do NOT recommend). My first paid job was delivering the local newspaper in Myrtle, MN, once a week with my grandpa.

What made you want to get involved with MnCCC?

I'm always looking to learn new things. I feel like it is a good opportunity to represent multiple counties and have a say in what direction the counties go moving forward.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to become more involved with MnCCC?

Reach out to your superior, be willing to join online training and seminars, and ask questions!

What is a non-work skill you'd love to master? What is something unique most people may not know about you?

Golf! I'm decent, but always room for improvement. Most people do not know I have an extensive MN Twins memorabilia collection that consumes my entire basement, and my fiancé loves it!

What's on your bucket list?

Season tickets to the MN Twins and traveling to literally anywhere in Europe.
