MnCCC will host a cybersecurity workshop on Wednesday, February 6th, 2019. Speakers will discuss a variety of topics such as: cybersecurity services from the federal government, bringing cybersecurity knowlege to both end-users and IT staff, and the FBI's involvement in data breaches. Speaker Bios

Antonio Enriquez

Mr. Enriquez serves as the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Cybersecurity Advisor (CSA) for Region V (IL, IN, MI, MN, OH & WI). Based in Chicago, IL, he supports the mission of strengthening the security and resilience of the nation’s critical infrastructure. Prior to joining CISA, Tony Enriquez served 23 years with the U.S. Secret Service, Technical Security Division. Tony was responsible for conducting security assessments supporting Presidential and Vice-Presidential assignments world-wide, National Special Security Events (NSSE), as well as supporting criminal investigations. His government service began with his enlistment into the Army Signal Corp, where he served for eight years, four years with the White House Communications Agency. Mr. Enriquez is a Certified Information Security Systems Professional, has a Bachelor’s Degree from American Military University and a Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Eugene Kipniss

The MS-ISAC has been designated and funded by DHS as the key resource for cyber threat prevention, protection, response, and recovery for the nation’s state, local, tribal and territorial (SLTT) governments. Through its state-of-the-art 24/7 Security Operations Center, the MS-ISAC serves as a central resource for situational awareness and incident response for SLTT governments. There is no cost to be a member.

Eugene Kipniss is a Senior Program Specialist for the MS-ISAC. He works on the Stakeholder Engagement team with our nation’s State, Local, Territorial, and Tribal (SLTT) governments in order to provide them with access to the many MS-ISAC services and information products which support organizational security posture and awareness. Eugene focuses on managing the accounts of hundreds of MS-ISAC member governments and organizations across the Northeastern and Midwestern U.S. Additionally, he co-chairs the MS-ISAC’s Education and Awareness working group that focuses on bringing cybersecurity knowledge to both end-users and IT staff alike.

Stephanie Cassioppi

Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) Stephanie M. Cassioppi grew up in the Midwest. In 2004, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems with minors in Business and Mathematics. Prior to joining the FBI, she was employed as a Computer Programmer for several large companies in Phoenix, Arizona. SSA Cassioppi joined the FBI in 2008. Her first office of assignment was to the Springfield Division, Fairview Heights Resident Agency in Illinois. There she served on a Cyber squad as a Special Agent investigating both Criminal and National Security computer intrusions, as well as Crimes against Children. In June 2016, she was promoted to SSA in the Cyber Division’s Cyber Operations Section I, Middle East Africa Unit in Chantilly, Virginia. In September 2018, SSA Cassioppi reported to the Minneapolis Division as the Field SSA for the Cyber Squad.
