Custom Budget Headers
Although changes are not allowed to the actual budget when it’s in an original or historical status, a user can customize headers in any status.
Using Budget Maintenance, choose “Edit” if the status is Active or Working. Choose “Edit Report Headers” for an original or historical status.
There is also a Budget Training demo available from 2015 on the TriMin Portal. IFSpi Demos | TriMinGov Portal
Finding a Running Report
Have you ever thought, “I know I submitted that report,” but nothing is showing up in your inbox? There is a link hiding in plain sight right next to the Refresh & Delete buttons! This will show all scheduled reports, so you can see if someone else is running a large series of reports that is holding up yours. You can also delete a pending job, but only if it’s yours.
Updated TriMin Portal
Trimin has updated their portal! TriMinGov Portal | TriMin Government Solution Customer Portal. As a reminder, the portal is a GREAT source of information and documentation related to IFS & Cash Drawer. Check it out!
The link to the Portal will be updated with the 6.1 Release. If you have a desktop shortcut or bookmark, be sure to update it.
