Why Accessibility Matters

MnCCC recognizes the importance of providing accessible content for everyone which is why we're working to improve accessibility across our digital platforms. Our Executive Board recently adopted our newly implemented Website & Social Media Accessibility Policy & Procedures which shows how MnCCC plans to incorporate and improve accesssibility in our organization. We also want to help you improve accessibility, so we've also included resources and tools that your agency can consider. Feel free to use our policy as a template for creating an accessibility policy that works for your agency.

Our Accessibility Statement

We are striving to be accessible. MnCCC is working towards providing our online content in an accessible format for all members through mobile devices, digital documents, website pages, and social media. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.0 at Level AA, as well, as to meet Minnesota State Statute 363A.42. Details and links can be found in the Resources section of this policy.
