A Great Line-Up of Conferences

MnCCC spent the week as a vendor at back to back conferences; the Association of Minnesota Counties annual conference, the Government IT Symposium, and the Minnesota County Attorney's annual conference. Each conference was dedicated to informative breakout sessions, keynote speakers, and a vendor showcase. The MnCCC booth was a huge hit as eveyone's attention was drawn to the rubber ducks we used to promote our annual MnCCC conference in June at Arrowood Resort in Alexandria, MN. In case you didn't know, the conference theme is Duck, Duck, Great UX and we found a way to incorporate what Minnesota's known for, Duck, Duck, Grey Duck! Now here's a glance at each conference MnCCC attended this week:

The Association of Minnesota Counties Annual Conference

This two-day conference brought together auditors, treasurers, and commisioners that were interested in learning more about MnCCC and Minnesota counties we already work with! We also gave away our buffalo plaid inspired silent auction item to one lucky winner!

The Government IT Symposium

Board member Jon Eckel joined us at the MnCCC vendor booth for the day. Thanks for your help, Jon!  MnCCC's Executive Director, Lisa Meredith, & the City of Brooklyn Park's Management Systems Coordinator, Kaela Dickens, presented an engaging session in strategic planning to IT professional across the state!

The Minnesota County Attorney's Annual Conference

We're proud of the MCAPS upgrade, and many counties and cities are using this software designed by Strategic Technologies, Inc. (STI). Terri Janssen of Pine County shares her take on the upgrade: "The upgrade went very well and very efficiently!!!   It was my pleasure coordinating this with Gary and Ryan and it feels good knowing that we are now on an STI version!!!   Thank you for all your hard work down there.  I look forward to continuing to work with you all." It's great to hear positve feedback on the new version of MCAPS, so thanks for sharing, Terri. Also a huge thank you to Stephanie Nuttall, Brenda Miller, and Terri Janssen for joinng us at the MnCCC Booth.

We hope you enjoy MnCCC Connects,
