Another year is almost over and MnCCC is reflecting on what we've accomplished in 2023, and what's to come in 2024! As always, we wish you and your loved ones a safe and happy holiday season and a wonderful New Year!
Our office will be closed in observance of Christmas on Friday, December 22 and Monday, December 25. We will also observe New Year's Eve and Day on Friday, December 29 and Monday, January 1.

Planning for 2024's Annual Conference – MnCCC Starring You – is well underway! Session proposals and vendor registration are live on our website under "Events". Save the date for June 3-6, 2024! We'll be searching for a conference intern again this year, and the announcement will be shared on our website, social media, and through RSVP. Keep an eye out for the announcement and share with those who may be interested in a part-time Marketing & Event Planning Intern position with MnCCC.

MnCCC Blogcast
We’ve officially launched MnCCC Blogcast – member-focused sessions with industry experts who want to share their ideas and advice with you! Our first session featured Evan Francen of FRSecure, who discussed his partnership with MnCCC and Project Broken Mirror. Training Program
Our Training Program launched in 2023, and we are continually adding more content for our members! Subscribe to a training tier to access LinkedIn Learning licenses, earn a $100 credit toward training add-ons, and receive first notice of training. We offer targeted, discounted training options that you can add-on to your tier, based on interest, including options for facilitation training, leadership training, IT training, employee development, and more! Our Training Catalog is being updated and will be released in 2024. Contact MnCCC if you haven't already joined our program!
Upcoming Events
From GIS and Legal Description training with Pro-West, to M365 training with Accelebrate, MnCCC has lots on the schedule for 2024! Be sure to check RSVP for upcoming training to take part in. Can’t sign up? Make sure you select “Update Your Group Membership” at the top of the calendar page and include “Training” on your profile. Contact info@mnccc.gov if you continue to have issues.
Save the date for Celebrating Women in Government on Friday, March 8, 2024! Attendance is $50/person, and our seats are filling quickly, so be sure to reserve yours today! Our event is open to all genders, and we encourage attendees to bring coworkers and friends – just make sure everyone is registered on RSVP. We will be announcing our featured speakers in early 2024 with the release of another Blogcast episode! Stay tuned 😊
2023 RFPs and RFIs
In 2023, we released several RFPs and RFIs - Treasurers' Financial RFI, Print Vendor RFP, and BlueZones RFI. Each were released through RSVP and posted on our website until their close dates. Each request is being reviewed by its respective committee and vendors are being notified as processes come to a close. Keep an eye on RSVP and our website for more informaiton when each process is complete!
MnCCC Request for Proposal (RFP) for RSVP System

MnCCC is seeking an IT Developer to provide managed services for MnCCC’s personalized meeting calendar and events management system. Primary goals with this RFP process are to identify a dedicated IT developer who will provide quality managed services for and maintenance of MnCCC’s RSVP system that meet MnCCC’s various needs, along with any state and federal information technology compliance and legal requirements, and who will be dedicated to ongoing quality and solution-oriented support. We anticipate the selection of our vendors by March 15, 2024. Interested vendors are encouraged to review the official RFP before requesting a copy of the application and Confidentiality Agreement.
